Salary- NJC Grade H1 £38,220 -£40,777 Per Annum

  • To support the exciting expansion of our Individual Placement and Support Service (IPS) across Lancashire and South Cumbria, we are recruiting an IPS Systems Development Officer to join our friendly team. You must be passionate in developing the service through the implementation of robust data management systems. 

    As an IPS Systems Development Officer you will play a rewarding and vital role in leading on the development and improvement of the data management systems which support the Council's employment service. 

    You will work with colleagues, particularly those within the NHS commissioned IPS Service, supporting system users to meet the necessary data submission requirements and have the ability to analyse data to drive quality improvements. 

    You must have proven ability to accurately extract data from multiple sources and create statistical information and performance reports. 

    You will also be coordinating a portfolio of small to medium scale systems ensuring they are appropriately configured. 

    We are looking for individuals who hold a degree or equivalent qualification such as Computer Science, Statistics or similar or relational database design, practice, concepts or programming languages or equivalent demonstrable experience.
