The Head Teacher and Governors of Boarshaw Primary School would like to appoint 2 excellent and experienced classroom practitioners to join our hard-working team.

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious teachers who have a clear understanding that every child deserves the best possible start in life and are committed to ensuring that “Every Moment Matters.”

We are looking for someone who:

  • Will support and promote the vision and values of the school in everyday work and practice.
  • Will maintain a calm and inspiring school environment through effective behaviour management in the classroom, have good organisational skills and produce displays that reflect the content of the curriculum.
  • Will involve parents in their child’s education.
  • Is a great teacher with a deep understanding of how children learn.
  • Is positive, resilient, organised and self-motivated.
  • Has vision, energy and a sense of humour.
  • Wants to be part of an inclusive, hardworking team.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years classroom experience in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 and can demonstrate successful completion of induction.
