Have admin experience in a busy environment
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
Have a calm, courteous and professional manner
Be numerate with excellent literacy skills
Good working knowledge of utilising IT programmes and packages
Experience of SIMS, would be desirable
Have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise a wide-ranging workload and be adaptable to changing demands
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Able to work well in a team
Recent and relevant experience of direct work with children, young people, parents and families preferably within an educational context.
To be able to manage and prioritise personal workload
To participate in training as identified.
