Salary: NJC Grade E SCP 12-17 £28,598 - £31,022 per annum

We are looking for a Public Health Project Officer to join our busy team. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the respective topic leads to deliver their portfolios and also with wider public health projects and initiatives.
 
The work will include:

·         Provision of financial and administrative support to the respective portfolio to ensure services are delivered smoothly. This will include the production and processing of Purchase Order and Invoices.

·         Organising meetings, taking and producing minutes of meetings and circulation

·         Monitor, maintenance and updating of action trackers and action plans

·         Organising and attending events and workshops

·         Management, maintenance and updating of the PH Website – Healthier Blackpool
