Post Title: Teaching Assistant Level 3 Responsible to: Headteacher Location: Our Lady & St Paul’s Primary School Salary: Grade 5 scp 12 Actual Salary £18,609 - £18,901 (£28,598- £31,022 FTE) Term of Contract: Permanent Working pattern: Term Time Only plus 2 days Hours per week: 32.5 Start date: ASAP Closing date: 22/03/2026 We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential within a caring Catholic school community. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers, the SENCo and senior leaders to support high-quality teaching and learning across the school. Responsibilities will include delivering small group interventions, supporting pupils with SEND, assisting with assessment and classroom preparation, promoting positive behaviour, and contributing to the wider life of the school. At times, the role will require covering whole classes in the absence of the teacher, so confidence in leading learning and managing a classroom effectively is essential.
