Early Help About the role we are seeking to appoint an Early Help Business Co-Ordinator. The Early Help Co-Ordinator’s are based within our Locality Family Hubs of East Bury, Whitefield and Radcliffe. The role supports the Early Help and Early Years teams who offer a wide number of services within the Hubs. This is a varied role which includes welcoming the public and professionals in to our Hubs and providing administrative support to the Early Help service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be required, together with high levels of customer service skills to deliver polite, courteous and efficient service to colleagues, partners and service users. Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.45-5pm, 37 hours per week; hours of work for part time role to be agreed between applicant and manager. There may be a requirement to work in different localities dependent on service demand.
