NJC Grade E, SCP 11-16 £28,142 - £30,518 (to be pro-rated to reflect TTO + 2 weeks)

£25,211 - £27,781 (Actual)

Hours of Work: 36 hours per week

For an exceptional candidate, there may be the opportunity for this role to be appointed at Attendance Manager level, with an enhanced salary to reflect the additional responsibilities

We are looking to appoint an outstanding KS4 Attendance & Family Officer to join our school’s central admin and inclusion teams. The role plays a vital part in ensuring that all our students get to make the most out of school by having excellent attendance and punctuality.

The core purpose of this role is to provide a professional and effective service that improves student attendance at school. To work closely with families and outside agencies to support and monitor attendance in line with school policy.

You will be part of the school’s wider inclusion team, and you will need a positive and proactive approach to your work. We are looking to appoint someone who wants to make a positive difference to our students and their families.

Please note that your approach and the ability to carry out all duties in line with school expectations is essential.
