We are looking for someone who:

• Has good communication skills
• Is willing to be trained in Legend / or currently trained
• Is experienced in a reception setting
• Is able to communicate - telephone / face to face enquiries
• Can handle enquiries from customers effectively
• Has good numeracy skills
• Has good attention to detail
• Has commitment to a high standard of customer care
• Is able to work on own initiative
• Is able to work as an efficient member of a team
• Has knowledge of customer care techniques
• Has experience in cash till / cash handling
• Consistently demonstrates SCL’s behaviours
