This role suits an experienced developer who thrives on building complex applications, automation and system integrations that improve services for residents, businesses and colleagues. You will take ownership of medium to high complexity work from discovery through to live support, provide technical leadership within the team and influence digital programmes across the Council. If you are passionate about Microsoft technologies, innovation, and making a real difference in the public sector, this is an exciting opportunity to drive change that matters. To be shortlisted, you should demonstrate strong experience in a developer role, including work with Microsoft technologies, especially in Power Platform. You need to show that you have delivered complex digital solutions end to end, can translate user needs into secure, practical designs, and apply sound software engineering principles. Experience with automation, system integrations and AI enabled solutions is important. We are also looking for someone who communicates clearly, works well with others and shares our commitment to inclusive, ethical and user focused digital services.
