We are excited to offer a great opportunity to join our friendly and dedicated Business Support Team as a Business Support Officer (Finance). In this varied role, you’ll play an important part in supporting financial processes across the Place Directorate, helping services run smoothly and efficiently. You will handle a mix of email enquiries, phone calls and administrative tasks while working with a range of backoffice systems. If you enjoy problemsolving, working with numbers, and providing excellent customer service, this is a role where you can make a real impact and continue to develop your skills. To succeed in this role, you will bring strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload effectively. You will be confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, and open to learning new systems as needed. Knowledge of SAP / EBP would be an advantage. Experience working in a busy administrative or financerelated environment would be an advantage, but full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and committed to delivering great customer service while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
