Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 37 per week Salary: NJC Grade E SCP 12-17 £28,598 - £31,022 per annum Closing Date: Wednesday 25th March 2026 at 23:59 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mental health community support worker in the Adult Social Care Mental Health Team. Support workers in the team support service users who have a mental health diagnosis and social care needs. Tasks can include but are not limited to supporting people to access the community, shopping, prompting with nutrition and personal care, supporting people to maintain a habitable home and to access education, employment and other meaningful activity.
