As a Family Hub Worker you will be providing support to children, young people and their families through the delivery of early, family help services in order to improve outcome through the integrated Family Hub Model. You will have significant experience of working with children, young people or adults in early years, social care, health or school settings, including children with SEND. You will also have knowledge and experience of delivering Early Family Help services and an understanding of relevant Government and local guidance and legislation.
