About the Role

Are you passionate about helping people and making a difference in their lives? We are looking for a dedicated and professional Team Advisorto join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, tenants, and businesses, providing high-quality support and advice.

Your time will be split between working within the community-based settings as well as some home and office working.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and advise residents, tenants, and businesses and aim for resolution at the first point of contact.
• Assist in the accurate billing, assessment, and processing of Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefit, and Council Tax Support.
• Support the efficient and accurate administration of rent control, ensuring any relevant payments including Direct Debits, are processed in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all communications, both verbal and written.
• Ensure accurate recording, storage, and sharing of relevant information.
