Disrepair & DMC Team About the role We’re looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our Repairs & Maintenance service. This is a specialist role where you will lead on the investigation, diagnosis and resolution of disrepair issues across our housing stock ensuring our homes are safe, decent, compliant and fit for human habitation. If you’re passionate about building pathology, quality standards, problemsolving and improving customer experience, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for the key requirements: You will be a proactive, solutionfocused professional who can work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes for residents. Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
