Speak with the hiring manager about the range of flexible working options available for this role. This is a highimpact delivery role at the heart of Trafford Council’s digital transformation agenda. As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will lead fastpaced, agile teams to design and deliver modern digital services that transform how residents interact with the Council. You will champion usercentred design, introduce innovative digital solutions for the wo, and explore the practical application of automation and emerging AI technologies to improve services and efficiency. Working across complex, multiservice environments, you will remove blockers, build strong partnerships, and turn bold digital ambition into realworld outcomes for communities and colleagues alike. Successful candidates will demonstrate substantial experience delivering complex digital transformation in a fastpaced, agile environment. They will evidence strong delivery management capability, including leading multidisciplinary teams, removing blockers, managing risk, and delivering outcomes to time and budget. Applications should show a clear understanding of usercentred digital service design, agile delivery methods, and continuous improvement of solutions. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, suppliers and partners, translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences, and show experience in automation, AI or digital workforce tools to drive service improvement. Any appointment made to this role l be subject to the appointable candidate being vetted under Greater Manchester Police clearance processes.
