An opportunity has arisen for a Project Officer to work in the Design & Delivery Team based at Manchester Town Hall to help deliver Manchester City Councils capital programme by providing a range of professional construction related services. This role requires excellent contract administration and project management skills together with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, residents and internal and external agencies. You should be proficient in IT packages such as MS Word and Excel and have to ability to manage, update and share information daily through various software packages. You will be working in a multidisciplinary team and will need to have the ability to work collaboratively with all team members and demonstrate a personal commitment to continuous self-development and service improvement.
