Salary: £47,045 - £57,766 + SPAs

Grade: Soulbury Scale 2-7, Educational Psychologies Scale A (existing SPA points will be honoured)

Working Hours: 37 hours per week.

We are recruiting to a main grade post within our close, nurturing and innovative team. Central to our consultative model is a strong commitment to the application of person-centred approaches and our values centre around social justice and anti-discriminatory practice.

In Rochdale we can offer:

-Regular peer and group supervision and on-going opportunities to reflect on and develop practice in this area as part of the team.

-Regular CPD opportunities to develop a range of skills and pursue areas of interest and/or specialisms, including project work and action research

-Opportunities to develop and participate in a wide range of evidence-based intervention and training packages through our partially traded services model. Current programmes include Connect to Communicate, Trauma-Informed and Attachment-Aware Schools Programme and ELSA.

Applicants for the Main Grade post are required to have a psychology degree, professional qualification in Educational Psychology (3rd year trainees are welcome to apply for a September 2026 start) and registration with the HCPC.
