The Phoenix services are looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team. Are you motivated, forward thinking, able to work on your own initiative, a team player and have a person centred approach. If so, this post could be for you.

The Phoenix Service is a 6 bedded residential mental health service predominantly supporting adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis. The service offers short stays typically up to 3 
nights to enable individuals to recover within a 'home from home' environment to aid
recovery and return to independence and help individuals restore the natural balance. 

The deputy managers role is a 37 hour permanent post working 5 over 7 days, the post holder will be expected to work weekends, shifts, bank holidays including Christmas and New Year. The post holder will have managerial responsibility over a large well established staffing team.

The Phoenix service is a CQC registered service and the successful candidate will work closely with the registered manager to provide high standards of care and support within the service. The successful candidate will be open to excellent training opportunities, fabulous local authority terms and conditions and continuing personal development.
