Permanent Early Years Educator Level 3 20 hours per week TTO + 1 Inset Day

Grade E SCP 11- 17 / £28,142 - £31,022 pro rata Actual Salary - £12,719 - £14,021

(All Early Years Educator (level 3) qualifications must meet the national requirements set by Ofqual for valid, reliable assessment and awarding procedures. They must also be regulated by Ofqual onto the Qualifications and Credit Framework or National Qualifications Framework.)

We are looking to appoint two Early Years Educators (Level 3) to work within our nursery setting.

Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years professional ready to take the next step in your career? Orchards Nursery School is seeking 2 part time dedicated Lead Early Years Educators to join our nurturing and dynamic team. One working mornings, and one afternoons, the roles will overlap at lunchtime.

About the Role

As a Lead Early Years Educator, you will work closely with our experienced Nursery team to support, guide, and inspire our amazing children. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality early education, ensuring every child has access to a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with and supervise individuals and groups of children, supporting a wide range of learning needs
  • Enable access to learning for all children, including those with specific individual needs
  • Support children, families, staff, and the overall setting in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support the class teacher and deputise in their absence when required
