Rooted in our mission to be an exceptional school for everyone, our work is guided by five core values: a positive mindset, an active approach, a creative outlook, a connected environment, and a caring nature. These values shape our culture and ensure that every child is nurtured academically, socially and emotionally.

Our bespoke, enquiry-led curriculum is designed to excite curiosity, develop independence, and build lifelong learners. We are a supportive, ambitious and forward-thinking school community committed to high standards, innovation, and inclusion.

If you are passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a dedicated and dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.

A nurturing, relational practitioner who builds strong, respectful relationships with pupils, their families, and colleagues
Passionate about providing an enabling, engaging environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and a love of learning from the very start
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment and works closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Knowledgeable and reflective about how children learn, with a commitment to high standards and pupil progress
Positive, active, and creative in their teaching approach, with the energy and drive to deliver our bespoke curriculum and support pupils academically, socially, emotionally, and physically
Willing to contribute fully to our enthusiastic, talented team and collaborate effectively with our excellent staff
Aligned with our school's vision of 'an exceptional school for everyone', and committed to upholding our five core values and beliefs
Fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children in line with our robust procedures
