This is a distinctive opportunity to work within Year 6 while also supporting and mentoring a SCITT trainee teacher. The successful candidate will share responsibility for the class and play a key role in modelling high-quality teaching, supporting the development of a trainee teacher, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning for all pupils.
When the SCITT trainee is leading the class, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider school improvement priorities, supporting curriculum development, teaching and learning initiatives, and whole-school enhancement projects.

Has a desire to continually learn and develop as an outstanding practitioner
