Location: Mytham Primary School, Little Lever, Bolton, BL3 1JG
Grade: Grade E, scale point 11 - 17
Salary range: £28,142 - £31,022 per annum
Contract: 37 hours per week all year round, permanent contract
Working hours: Monday-Friday split shifts to be discussed at interview stage (suggested pattern would be 6.00am-10.30am and 3.00pm to 6.00pm daily)

We are looking for a keen, hardworking and hands-on Site Manager who is enthusiastic, motivated, practical and will integrate well into a busy school environment. As a Site Manager you will take responsibility for the upkeep, safety and security of the school premises ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standard to support the effective running of the school.

You will:

• Have excellent organisational skills and a hands-on approach
• Be flexible and able to take on a wide range of jobs including site management, contractor management, maintenance and basic DIY.
• Have an understanding of good working practices and Health and Safety compliance
• Be able to work on your own initiative
• Be involved in every aspect of our school life and be able to work flexibly

Ideally experience of working in a school setting is desirable although training will be given.
