Teaching Assistant Level 2 1:1 SEN Support Temporary Position (Subject to SEND funding and pupils in school) possible multiple posts.

Temporary until 31st July 2027

Required for 1st September 2026

The Governors and Headteacher of Ince CE Primary and Nursery School are seeking to employ a temporary teaching assistants who will work 1:1 with SEN pupils, who embodies the Christian vision and values of our school.

Ince C of E Primary School is a large two form entry primary school in the heart of Ince.

The successful candidate(s) must be highly motivated, innovative professional, who has high expectations of themselves, colleagues and pupils, and have the energy and determination to make a difference.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

Must hold a level 2 teaching assistant qualification

To provide specialist support to students with barriers to learning on a one-to-one basis

To promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils

To establish constructive relationships with pupils and interact with them according to their individual needs.

To promote good behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents in line with established policy and encourage pupils to take responsibility for their own behaviour.
