We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PE and General Subjects Teacher to join our specialist SEND provision. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver engaging physical education alongside core curriculum subjects, helping pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities to achieve their full potential.

You will create inclusive, personalised learning experiences that support pupils' physical, academic, social and emotional development. Through adaptive teaching, creative planning and a pupil-centred approach, you will promote confidence, independence, wellbeing and positive life outcomes.

Working closely with families, therapists and support staff, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education, monitoring progress against EHCP outcomes, and ensuring every pupil can access and enjoy learning.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified teacher with a passion for SEND and inclusive education.
  • Has experience of delivering PE and/or curriculum subjects to pupils with additional needs.
  • Can adapt learning and physical activities to meet a wide range of abilities.
  • Builds positive relationships with pupils, families and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Is committed to promoting wellbeing, inclusion and high aspirations for all learners.
