Sam's Place is a vibrant and growing charity supporting young people with disabilities, special educational needs and autism across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. Due to the retirement of the existing postholder, we are seeking a passionate, organised and enthusiastic Operations Co-ordinator to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our journey. This is far more than just an administration role. You'll be at the heart of our charity, helping to coordinate activities, support young people and families, organise events and trips, work with volunteers, manage communications and help ensure our services remain welcoming, safe and engaging for everyone who walks through our doors. What you'll be doing No two days are the same at Sam's Place. You could be: We're looking for someone who is: -Passionate about improving opportunities for young people with disabilities, SEND and autism -Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities -A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with families, volunteers and professionals -Creative and comfortable using social media and digital communications, with excellent ICT skills to support the charity -Empathetic, resilient and committed to delivering outstanding support -Excited by the opportunity to help a local charity grow and develop · Why join Sam's Place?
