Contract Hours: 37 per week

Salary: NJC Grade F SCP 19-24 £33,119 - £36,581 per annum

Our Children’s Services Team is leading the way with exciting developments to further improve the lives of children and families in Blackpool. As a result, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced Family Workers to join us in delivering early help services across the town.

Early Help Link Workers support the role of Lead Professional who work in wider partnership ( schools, health services, early years settings) to offer the right support at the right time for our families in line with the Early Help Strategy. The successful candidate will work alongside the Link Workers and support this work.

 This role will:
•    Hold a small caseload of families as a Lead Professional
•    Support Lead Professionals from the partnership by being and active member of the Team Around the Family .
•    Deliver evidence-based interventions to families including in family homes

•    background in case management with a proven ability to work creatively with families

•    have working knowledge of the local community and partner agencies
•    are a reflective practitioner who embraces and promotes strength-based work
•    embrace our Blackpool Families Rock approach
