The Governors of The Oaks are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, hard-working, dedicated Teacher who is a real team player to join our committed and effective staff team. The successful candidate will be somebody with the highest expectations, who will lead, share and focus on securing ambitious aspirations for all our children within a close and supportive team.

• Confident to teach across KS2
• Can confidently lead core and/or foundation subjects
• Is hard working, committed and a dedicated team player
• Has high expectations of children’s behaviour and their achievements
• Can develop an exciting and imaginative learning environment
• Has a commitment towards collaboration and inclusion.
• Is passionate about developing learners and themselves
• Is a thoughtful person, who can help maintain and develop our strengths in caring for all those who belong to the community of our school
• Is happy to play a full part in the life of the school
• Has a positive outlook
