Highfields College PRU / Specialist Mentor Attendance and Outreach Application Deadline: 9 October 2026, 11:59pm Highfields College is seeking a dedicated and proactive Specialist Mentor - Attendance and Outreach Officer to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide a comprehensive, high-quality outreach and support service to the school in our drive to improve overall school attendance. You will play a key role in facilitating the educational partnership between home, school, and pupils through support, liaison, and negotiation. Working closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Designated Safeguarding Lead, and wider pastoral team, you will assess attendance issues proactively and determine appropriate interventions to support our pupils and their families.
