After previously being graded Good in 2019, Sharples was judged as ‘significantly improved in all areas’ at its last inspection in January 2025. Governors are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic, experienced Counsellor to provide an easily accessible counselling service for pupils aged between 11 and 16, to work within the school setting and associated primary schools as and when required.
