Status: Fixed term until January 2028 (initial fixed term contract, with a view to extend)

Salary: Grade E scp 11-17 £21,351 - £23,536 per annum (actual)

Start Date: Monday 4th January 2027

Hours: 32.5 hours (Term Time Only)


We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant Level 3 to work within our Early Years team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing, helping them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and stimulating environment. An Early Years qualification would be desirable; however, training can be provided for the right candidate.


We require a teaching assistant who:


  • Previous experience of working as part of an Early Years team in a school environment would be advantageous.
  • Can build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Demonstrates initiative and flexibility in a busy school environment.
  • Has good literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
  • Has high expectations for achievement and behaviour.
