We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive and reliable teacher to join our high performing Early Years team. Working in partnership with our experienced and dedicated staff, delivering high quality learning to our nursery pupils, helping to build on our successes and drive the school forward in future development and growth. This position is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding and passionate teacher who wants to further their career within a good school with a strong and innovative Senior Leadership Team.

• Is an experienced and outstanding Foundation Stage classroom practitioner;

• Is a team player with the ability to motivate, lead and support colleagues;;

The successful applicant:

• MUST have experience working within ibn a school setting and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of pedagogy across the curriculum;
• Model excellent practice which impacts on results and outcomes;
• Demonstrate outstanding and innovative pedagogical practice;
• Engage and inspire pupils and secure the characteristics of effective learning;
• Be able to work within an experienced and motivated team.
• Have a child-centred approach to teaching and learning to support the diversity that our school celebrates;
• Demonstrate a flexible approach to respond to the changing needs of the school.
