We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant federation community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a love of learning in their students, demonstrating creativity and enthusiasm in their teaching approach.

We are looking for someone who holds a recognised teaching qualification and has experience teaching at the primary level, either through teaching placements or qualified teaching experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the candidate will be responsible for building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

A deep understanding of the primary curriculum is crucial, along with the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all learners.

The Successful Candidate will:

  •  Hold a Recognised Teaching Qualification: Possess a valid certification in primary education with a strong understanding of the curriculum. (Where appropriate) 
  • Bring Experience in Primary Education, including Early Years: Demonstrate previous teaching experience in a primary school setting (either qualified teaching or teaching placements), showcasing effective instructional practices.
  •  Exhibit Strong Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues, fostering positive relationships.
  • Demonstrate Excellent Behaviour Management Skills: Maintain high standards of behaviour and create a positive, nurturing classroom environment.
  • Maintain High Expectations for Student Achievement: Foster a culture of achievement and motivate all students to reach their full potential.
  • Show Adaptability and Innovation: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners and implement innovative approaches to education.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work collaboratively with other staff members to enhance the overall educational experience.
  •  Possess a Deep Understanding of the Primary/EYFS Curriculum: Deliver engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles and needs.

  • Be Committed to Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to continuously improve their teaching practice.
