The Co-Headteachers and Governors at Banks Lane Infant & Nursery School wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated class teacher who will be able to make a significant contribution to our school.

Banks Lane Infant and Nursery School is a large, happy and successful three form entry school where emphasis is placed on ‘working together, nurturing excellence’, underpinned by our strong values and ethos.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a desire to continually learn and develop as an outstanding teacher
• Will set high expectations and deliver high standards for all children through adaptive teaching practices
• Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to communicate effectively with children, staff and parents
• Has drive and is able to motivate and inspire children to achieve their very best
• Have a commitment to providing rich and challenging learning experiences across the curriculum for all children
• Will contribute to our strong team approaches and the wider life of the school including extra-curricular activities
