Receptionist

Vacancy Two - 11.5 hours per week at Ordsall Leisure Centre

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good communication skills.
• Is willing to be trained in Legend training / or currently trained
• Is experienced in a reception setting
• Is able to communicate - Telephone / Face to Face enquiries
• Can handle enquiries from customers effectively.
• Has good attention to detail
• Has good motivational skills.
• Has a commitment to a high standard of customer care.
• Is able to work on own initiative.
• Has the ability to work without supervision
• Is able to work as an efficient member of a team.
• Has knowledge of customer care techniques
• Has experience in cash till/ cash handling
• Consistently demonstrates SCL’s behaviours.
