STRETFORD HIGH SCHOOL REPROGRAPHICS TECHNICIAN AND ADMINISTRATOR - Start date: As soon as possible "Pupils are proud of the diversity represented within their school. They animatedly described ‘the power of you’ days where they celebrate each other’s cultures and faiths. Pupils said that everyone is free to be themselves. This creates a sense of belonging which helps pupils to feel happy in school. Polite and respectful interactions between pupils and adults are the norm. Pupils embrace opportunities to make changes for the benefit of others. Pupils appreciate the care that staff have taken to ensure that the diversity of the school community is reflected in the school’s high-quality curriculum. The school has high expectations of pupils’ achievement. Most pupils achieve well. Staff are overwhelmingly proud to work at the school.'" Ofsted 2024 We are looking to appoint a reliable, organised and conscientious Reprographics Technician and Administrator to provide an efficient, responsive and high-quality reprographics and administrative service across the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing a wide range of printed and digital materials, including copying, printing, scanning, laminating, binding and finishing documents and teaching resources. You will also provide administrative support to staff, assist with the school email inbox and support the organisation of meetings and events. This is a varied role requiring excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing requests and deadlines. You will need to be confident using standard office software and reprographics equipment, with the ability to identify routine equipment issues and seek technical support when required. The role also involves monitoring stock, placing authorised orders and maintaining accurate records. Due to the nature of the role, you will handle confidential and sensitive information, so discretion, trustworthiness and an understanding of confidentiality and data protection are essential. The successful candidate will have good communication skills and be able to work calmly and methodically, both independently and as part of our Student Services and Reception Team. Experience within a school, office, print room or customer service environment would be desirable, although relevant experience gained through employment, education, training or voluntary work will be considered.
