The Governors of St Sebastian’s RC Primary School are seeking to recruit a dedicated, energetic and skilled individual to work in EYFS to support leaners with complex learning needs, at this happy and welcoming school.

We are looking for candidates that will:

  • Have enthusiasm, drive and a genuine passion for teaching and learning;
  • Commit to developing independent learners;
  • Be flexible in working across all key stages;
  • Be an outstanding and self-reflective practitioner, committed to raising standards and outcomes for all pupils;
  • Promote a nurturing environment that stimulates positive behaviour and well-being;
  • Be highly motivated and committed to high quality teaching and learning, whilst keeping children at the heart of everything we do;
  • Commit to working in partnership with all those involved in the life of the school;

  • Supportive governors and parents

We welcome applications from experienced Level 1 Teaching Assistants with experience of working with SEND pupils who are committed to training for Level 2.
