The Headteacher and Governors of Willow Tree Primary are pleased to advertise the role of Finance and Administration Officer to start as soon as possible. Willow Tree Primary is a two form entry school situated in the heart of Langworthy. We are dedicated to giving children a positive learning experience from nursery right through to Year 6.
The Finance and Administration Officer should be an experienced finance professional who enjoys working in a busy school environment. You will support the School Business Manager in a range of financial processes from assisting our parents to make payments to ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner. You will work as a member of the administration team, assisting with orders, parent queries and supporting the wider school community. Experience working in a school using parentpay and Arbor finance is beneficial to the role.
You will be a highly motivated person who is extremely organised. You will be committed to ensuring our families understand the cashless system and offer support where needed. You should have excellent communication skills, financial skills, experience working with Microsoft and other IT systems and can work independently as well as being an effective team player.
