Salary: Actual TTO salary range £19,439 - £19,748 per annum (Support salary FTE Range (£26,427 - £26,847 per annum)

Contract: Permanent, 31.5 Hours per Week, Term Time Only

We are seeking a dedicated, caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our highly successful team. Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching and learning across the classroom.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning activities.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Promote positive behaviour and inclusion for all children.
• Assist with monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.
• Help create and maintain a safe, stimulating and welcoming learning environment.
• Support pupils with additional needs to access learning and achieve success.
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and its community.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a Level 2 qualification in Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
• Has experience of working with children in an educational or similar setting.
• Is passionate about supporting children to learn and succeed.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works effectively as part of a team.
• Shares our commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
• Embodies our CARE values and high expectations.
