About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HLTA who shares our passion for high-quality education and is committed to supporting every child to succeed. This is an exciting opportunity to join a caring and supportive team, where you will play an important role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, achieve their best and develop confidence as learners. About you The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to making a positive difference to children's lives. They will work closely with teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning, deliver targeted interventions, lead learning activities when appropriate, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment where all pupils feel valued and supported. They will also work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community to promote the wellbeing and achievement of every child. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
