Grade: Teachers Main Pay / UPR Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time Working Pattern: All Year Round Actual Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 (+ £5,872 TLR 2B) Interview Date: Friday 16 October 2026 The staff and Governing Board are seeking to appoint an experienced, knowledgeable and passionate Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our senior team. Bowlee Park Community Primary School is a large, four-form-entry primary school with over 900 pupils, so we recognise that effective SEND provision requires dedicated leadership, time and expertise. This is therefore a non-teaching SENCO position, providing the successful candidate with the capacity to lead, coordinate and develop high-quality provision for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities across the school. Working closely with the Headteacher, senior leaders, teaching staff, support staff, families and external professionals, the SENCO will take a strategic lead for SEND across the school.
