Salaries range from £37,035 up to £42,708 subject to experience.

We are one of the first Authorities in the North-West to be pioneering the Hertfordshire Family Safeguarding model of working with families and training will be provided to learn new skills such as motivational interviewing. We are looking for passionate and committed corporate parents to support our Looked After Children.

Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week, worked throughout the year.

Full time salaries are:

Level 1 Social Worker (ASYE) £37,035 per annum.

Level 2 Social Worker from £37,938 to £39,513 per annum.

Level 3 Social Worker from £40,476 to £42,708 per annum.
