We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team, working five mornings per week. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher to support teaching and learning within the classroom. The role will involve working with individual pupils and groups of children, helping them to access learning, develop confidence and independence, and make good progress. Can support children's learning effectively, both individually and in small groups.
Is resilient, flexible and adaptable, and able to respond positively to the needs of a busy classroom.
Works effectively as part of a team whilst also demonstrating initiative and independence.
Communicates clearly and professionally with children, colleagues and families.
Holds a TA Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) and has experience of supporting children within an educational setting.
