St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust are currently seeking an HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will provide high-quality HR advice and support to leaders across our family of schools, helping to ensure our people practices are legally compliant, consistent, and focused on achieving the best outcomes for staff and pupils.
