Inclusion HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) Philips High School Are you passionate about making a real difference to the lives of young people? Philips High School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Inclusion HLTA to play a key role within our Inclusion Team. Working closely with the SENCo, pastoral teams and teaching staff, you will support students with a range of needs including SEND, SEMH, attendance and behavioural challenges, helping to create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced practitioner who can build strong relationships with students, deliver targeted interventions, provide mentoring and pastoral support, and contribute to the successful operation of our Inclusion provision. You will also support learning, monitor student progress, and work collaboratively with families and external agencies to improve outcomes for young people.
