Start Date: As soon as possible The Brian Clarke CE Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pastoral Administration Support Officer for Attendance and Medical. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a talented and committed staff team at a school that has grown from Year 7 and is now at full capacity. It offers the chance to contribute to the continued development of the school’s ethos and to help embed its values within the wider school community. The role would suit someone who has experience in an office or pastoral setting. Working under the guidance of the Deputy Headteacher, and surrounded by the Pastoral Team, you would provide efficient and effective administration support to our wonderful team of Pastoral and Senior Pastoral Officers, including supporting them with their attendance duties and creating and maintaining student medical records. The Trust also incorporates a teacher training school and the East Manchester Teaching Hub and a MFL hub, which support the training and development of new and existing teachers across the Northwest of England. This position will be based at The Brian Clarke CE Academy, but may from time to time require travel as necessary. to collaborate with other schools which are all locally based and to make home visits as part of the attendance team.
